Publisher and publication director
The publisher and publication director of the Freshrecap service is a sole trader operating under the trade name Freshrecap. Contact details (registered name, legal form, registration number, address, publication director) appear in the table above. The service is in the launch phase: until registration is effective, no sales are open and the registration and VAT entries are replaced by the corresponding statement in the table. Once registered, the SIREN number and, where applicable, the intra-community VAT number will be published there.
Hosting
The website and API are hosted by the provider named in the table above. Content you submit and generated audio files remain hosted in your private space and are reachable only through a signed link, in accordance with our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
All elements of the service (interface, texts, visual identity, logos, code) belong to the publisher or its partners, except content you submit, which you continue to own. Summaries and audio generated from your own content belong to you. Where the source content belongs to a third party, the result remains subject to its author's rights and may not be rebroadcast or commercially exploited without their authorisation.
Disputes and mediation
In the event of a dispute, we invite you to seek an amicable solution by writing to the legal contact. In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediator named above free of charge, whose contact details appear on the website shown in the table. The mediator may be contacted after a prior written complaint that has remained unanswered to your satisfaction for a period of two months. Terms of Use.

Summaries and audio content are generated by artificial intelligence systems. They are provided for information only, are labelled as AI-generated in the interface, and do not constitute professional, legal, medical or financial advice. The publisher cannot guarantee their accuracy: verify any important information at the source.
