Retention and exercise of your rights

Depending on applicable law, you have rights of access, export, rectification, deletion, objection and consent withdrawal. They are available from your account or from the privacy contact indicated in the legal notice.

Default durations

• History: for the duration of the account, unless deleted earlier.
• Non-trained dataset items: 24 months maximum.
• Admin export archives: 7 days; download links: short duration.
• Technical logs: 12 months maximum.
• Consent proofs and accounting records: duration imposed by law.
• Active data deleted within 24 hours; backups purged within 30 days.

Withdrawal immediately excludes the data from new uses and triggers the applicable deletion requests. A model whose training is complete cannot always be technically «untrained».
