Report content and request removal

Freshrecap produces summaries from content supplied or designated by its users. If you hold rights in a work and believe that content processed by the service infringes your rights, this page lets you request its removal.

Technical removal is immediate: upon receipt of a valid request, the public link stops working, the associated audio is deleted, and the source text is erased. You receive a reply within 48 hours.

Reporting form

Provide the address of the content concerned. You may also write to us directly at contact@freshrecap.com.

Paste the full address of the shared summary, or its share identifier.

Our commitment

Technical removal is immediate and does not depend on the reply we send you: the content is taken offline as soon as a request identifying a protected work is received.

We reply within 48 working hours. This procedure is open to any rights holder, without having to establish that the disputed content was produced by a service user.

This procedure does not replace the legal remedies available to you. It is a good-faith measure, without admission of liability.
